John is originally from Hiawassee. John’s work ethic was learned in his parents restaurant “Johnny’s Family Restaurant” on the square in Hiawassee. He graduated from Towns County High School and went to Piedmont College for two years. From Piedmont he transferred to the University of Georgia where he earned his degree in Economics. After finishing college John started working at Peak Realty in 2004. He met with Justin shortly thereafter and started Brown Haven Heights, LLC. John is married to his beautiful wife Brette (co-owner of “The Loft”) ladies boutique. John’s job at Brown Haven includes sales marketing, quoting, and customer service.
Justin Moss

Justin is from Hiawassee. He graduated from Towns County High School in 1997. Justin attended North Georgia Techinical College and earned a degree in Residential/Commercial Wiring.
From there he went to work at Blue Ridge Mountain EMC for the next five years. Upon leaving power company he started his own residential electrical company. After 3 years of residential wiring he and John started Brown Haven and have worked together for the past 5 years.
Justin’s job at Brown Haven includes on-site management and supervision. You'll rarely see Justin hanging around the office. He spends most of his time making sure your project is on track and moving along.
Terry Smith

Terry is originally from Syracuse New York. He attended Bridgewater College in Virginia. Terry and his family owned a Building Supply and Land Development Company near Syracuse. In 1997 Terry and his wife Tracy along with their two children Emily and Bradley moved to Atlanta where he began his career in management with Stock Building Supply. Prior to moving to Hiawassee, Terry managed one of Stock Building Supply’s stores and showroom in Smyrna Georgia. Other work experience at Stock included purchasing, product line management and sales management.
